Who doesn't love bath time? Okay, I have heard that some people do not like bath time, but I do not have time for those people.

Recently, I had the pleasure of trying each of our new CBD Bath Bombs. I have tried CBD bath bombs before, however these are a completely different experience 😵 These fragrant bombs are made with a CBD Dissolute which concentrates into the water and quite literally seeps into your skin.

I recommend Eucalyptus for anyone looking to ease muscle and joint pain. The natural eucalyptus smell is captivating and all of my neck and shoulder pain disappeared! Lavender is a perfect choice for bedtime, it made me really sleepy! Lemongrass, on the other hand, was a perfect pick me up for a morning started with a bath!

As a long time bather and self-care participant, here are some other tips for making your green spa night 🛀

Sip some tea ☕

Try some of Nova Hemp's popular Hemp Tea. In Hibiscus, Lavender and Moroccan Mint; these teas are wonderful hot and over iced... which I prefer for bath time. Add a little bit of D8 Honey to really amp up this spa night.

Try a guided meditation🧘♀️

A clear mind is the best mind :) There is no point going into a relaxing evening with a mind full of stress. I recommend finding a short guided meditation or instrumental music to make sure your mind is fully clear before this experience.

Put on a mask ✋

No, not THAT kind of mask. Clearing the toxins from our skin is a sure way to cure the toxins from our life and help us breathe. My favorite facemask of all time is Aztec Healing Mud. This natural substance pulsates your skin leaving it feeling cleaner than ever! The steam of your bath will help open your pores for extra effectiveness :)

Do THC Drinks Get You High? Effects, Potency, and How They Compare to Edibles

THC-infused beverages produce psychoactive effects similar to traditional cannabis, but they metabolize differently in the human body. Using nano-emulsion technology, these drinks bypass the liver's intensive breakdown process, allowing water-soluble THC to enter the bloodstream directly. This results in a faster onset time of 10 to 15 minutes and a shorter duration of two to four hours.
